It's that time of year again! Just because it's summer time and there's a BBQ & Potluck every other week, doesn't mean you should waver far off your diet!!! Try this healthy recipe as an alternative:

Strawberry Banana Protein Shake

Ingedients:
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 tablespoon pure honey
  • 1/2 scoop of strawberry protein power (whey or soy)
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 banana

  • Blend & Enjoy!
    Yields: 1-2 servings
    (Add water or ice for desired amount of thickness)
